My Insights

Studio Governance & Campaign Operations

Executing a studio-backed exhibition demanded tight operational discipline and proactive partner alignment. I managed the 6-figure media spend and project roadmaps while empowering my team to execute against strict timelines. Serving as a point of contact for NBCUniversal, I navigated multi-team studio approvals, facilitated cross-organization updates, and pitched joint promotional opportunities that maximized IP leverage and audience reach. This project stands as the crown jewel campaign of my career. While managing a launch of this scale demanded rigorous problem-solving, bringing an IP that means so much to millions of global fans to life was an extraordinarily rewarding experience.
